About Valve Guide Seat Lock
Engine Valves : Valves are mechanical components used in internal combustion engines to allow or restrict the flow of fluid or gas to and from the combustion chambers or cylinders during engine operation.
The intake valves are made of an alloy called “Silchrome 1” (Sil 1) that contains 8.5 percent chromium. Exhaust valves may be made from a martensitic steel with chrome and silicon alloys, or a two- piece valve with a stainless steel head and martensitic steel stem.
Power tech has a constantly growing product range with over 200 engine valves for more than 300 applications.
Valve Guide : A valve guide is a cylindrical piece of metal, pressed or integrally cast into the cylinder head, with the valve reciprocating inside it. Guides also serve to conduct heat from the combustion process out from the exhaust valve and into the cylinder head where it may be taken up by the cooling system.
Power Tech has a wide range of over 200 valve guide types for more than 300 applications.
Valve Seat Insert : Valve Seat Inserts Together with the valves, valve seat inserts seal off the combustion chamber of the cylinder head. The valve seat inserts are made from grey cast iron or sintered metal and prevent the valve from knocking/burying into the cylinder head. They also convey the heat from the valve.
With over 200 different dimensions available, Power Tech offers virtually unlimited use in all conventional engines.
Valve Collets : VValve collets, also known as valve keepers, cotters or locks, have the task of attaching the spring retainer (or, alternatively, the valve rotator) to the valve.
Although very small in size it has big responsibility and a slight wrong size can damage the whole engine.
Power Tech carries a huge inventory of Valve,Valve Guide,Valve Seat Inserts,Valve lock used in construction equipments, marine, diesel gensets ranging from 10 mm to 60 mm
